CB Media

Custom logo design for CB Media, a social media marketing agency. Features three illustrated leopards and elegant serif and script typography by Alex Aureolin Design.

Project Overview

CB Media is a social media manager and photographer who needed a clean, professional brand identity to represent her work across content creation, digital strategy, and photography. She wanted something minimal, versatile, and deeply personal—a logo that felt bold without being overdesigned.

Client Vision

Her vision was rooted in simplicity with character: a neutral-toned, minimalist logo featuring Pantone Imperial Blue as the core color, and a jaguar illustration that symbolized creative power and independence. She also had a specific stylistic direction—she wanted the illustration to feel like a linocut print, with the charm of hand-carved block printing and the structure of a modern emblem.

Together, we aligned on a stamp-like layout—something that could work as a digital signature or print-ready seal across her brand.

Creative Direction & Strategy

I illustrated a custom jaguar in a linocut-inspired style, using bold linework and subtle imperfections to evoke the look of a carved printmaker’s block. The clean, circular composition mimicked the feel of a traditional stamp, anchoring the brand in both artistry and professionalism.

To balance the organic nature of the illustration, I paired it with modern, understated typography and a palette centered around Pantone Imperial Blue, softened with muted neutrals. The result is a design that feels timeless, intentional, and distinctly personal.

Impact

The final brand identity gives CB Media a refined yet handcrafted signature—one that’s adaptable, recognizable, and infused with meaning.
