This is where we start building the foundation of your project together. We’ll collaborate on a shared Miro board where you can showcase anything that captures your vision — vibes, images, references, sketches, or notes — anything that helps me step inside your world.
I want to know your project inside and out so I can add depth and details that wouldn’t be found anywhere else. You’ll bring your inspiration, and I’ll bring ideas and imagery I’ve gathered to match your vision. Together, we’ll lay the groundwork for a design that feels uniquely yours.

With our direction set, I’ll begin drafting initial concepts — rough sketches and early layouts that form the framework of your design. These will be loose and unpolished, so it’s important to look past the roughness and focus on the bigger picture. This is where we shape the vision together.
You can be as specific as you like, or give me full creative freedom. Whether it’s shifting colors, adjusting layouts, refining an illustration, or reworking a logo, this is the stage to explore those changes. We’ll work closely here, refining ideas until the design truly feels like it belongs to you.

Once we’ve finalized your concepts and you’ve paid the remaining 50% of your project fee, we’ll schedule a final review to confirm everything is exactly how you want it.
After approval, I’ll prepare all your files and assets — whether that’s logos, book covers, illustrations, merchandise designs, brand materials, or digital graphics — making sure every element is polished and cohesive.
When this phase is complete, you’ll receive everything you need, ready for print, digital use, or promotion — giving you the confidence to launch your project into the world.
