The Client’s Request

Nicole Autumn, author of The Secret Society Series, wanted a character art piece that would embody the dark, seductive intensity of her world. She envisioned an illustration that captured not only the power and allure of her main character but also the shadows of mystery woven throughout her story.

My Process

To truly understand Nicole’s vision, I immersed myself in her novel The Order: Unbound. One scene stood out as a pivotal moment—a blend of temptation, danger, and raw emotion—that became the foundation of this artwork. My focus was on capturing the sensuality of the character while also reflecting the darker undertones of the story, using atmosphere, detail, and expression to bring her to life.

Beyond the central illustration, I expanded the project with graphics and merchandise mockups, giving Nicole versatile tools to share her vision across platforms and connect with her audience in new ways..
